Well known local photographer, Bruce Hedge will join Woodend filmmaker and photographer Michael Dillon and his wife, Robyn Leeder, to present an exhibition of icy images from the Arctic, Antarctic and Macedon Ranges.
Award winning documentary maker and adventurer, Michael Dillon AM has travelled many times to the Arctic and Antarctic, including a trip to remote and rarely visited Heard Island. In 2016, accompanied by Robyn, he visited East Greenland and Svalbard. Never without a camera, he has amassed a breathtaking array of icy images.
With background in design, Robyn Leeder is an artist, print maker and photographer. Her linocuts, woodcuts and collagraphs give a different perspective on the high latitude landscapes and their unique wildlife.
WWAF’s official photographer, Bruce Hedge is well known for his stunning images of Hanging Rock and the surrounding landscapes. His deep connection with the Macedon Ranges shines through in his breathtaking winter photographs.
Together the work of these three artists will open your eyes to the wonder, beauty and changing moods of the Arctic, Antarctic and wintery Macedon Ranges.
